“Anthony recently helped me find my first home and I couldn't be happier! He was such a huge help and I don't know what I would have done without him. He is very detail oriented and made sure to cover all bases throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I was cautious initially, but he gained my trust and I could tell he sincerely cares about his clients. I really appreciated the fact that there was no lack of communication throughout the entire process and that he was readily available to answer any question I had. I put in a total of 3 offers and luckily the third one was the charm! Before closing on my home, we had a few obstacles to overcome and Anthony followed through and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. “A stroke of luck brought us to Anthony Rael. We were first time home buyers; and were really nervous about the whole process. Anthony was wonderful to us. He always took time to answer our questions and to explain things thoroughly. He was willing to show us as many houses as it took to find "the one" and was patient while we were making our selection. Anthony's patience was necessary because we had a bit of a roller coaster home buying experience. We made an offer on a house we loved; and were devastated when it didn't pass inspection. Anthony was there to give me a hug; counsel us; and assure us that we would find the right house. We found another one; it didn't really pass inspection either; so we decided to walk away. Anthony was very supportive of our choice, and once again, assured us that we would find the right house. Finally, after looking at dozens of houses, making offers, going through inspections and walking away - we found "the one"! Our new house was worth the wait and the roller coaster ride it took to find it. We couldn't be happier with Anthony as a realtor; he is truly spectacular. Even after closing he still checked in to see how the painting was going and when we were planning to move in. "When my wife and I initially ventured out looking to buy our first house, there was a lot of apprehension, worry, and a ton of unknown variables. We didn’t know a lot about the housing market, and had spent six years living in three separate apartment complexes. That was more than long enough to know; that it was time to stop renting and time to start building toward our future, and buying a home was a great way to start. That is when my mother put us in touch with someone who had also helped her in finding a home, and that was Anthony Rael. When my wife first contacted him, I could tell that she right away felt, that he was personable, reliable, and focused on doing everything he could to helping us find a great home. We started out right away looking at houses, and after a little more than a month of searching, looking at dozens of nice homes, we found one that was perfect for us.
